- A lawsuit from two of Priscilla Presley's former business partners claims that Riley Keough is the biological mother of John Travolta and Kelly Preston's son Ben.

- Presley's former business partner Brigitte Kruse alleges that Lisa Marie Presley's ex Michael Lockwood told her the story of Ben Travolta's secret parentage.

- The complaint alleges that Lockwood said Keough was paid between $10,000 and $20,000 to donate eggs to Preston.

A shocking lawsuit now claims that Riley Keough is the biological mother of John Travolta's youngest son.

Two of Priscilla Presley's former business partners, Brigitte Kruse and Kevin Fialko, are engaged in a legal battle with Presley's son, Navarone Garcia, over an alleged breach of contract. In a new filing, which ** has reviewed, Kruse claims that Michael Lockwood — the ex-husband of Presley's late daughter with Elvis Presley, Lisa Marie Presley — told her that Travolta and his late wife, Kelly Preston, "approached" the Presleys for an egg donation around 2010.

The complaint claims that Lockwood said Travolta and Preston "previously used Lisa Marie's eggs to get pregnant," though it does not specify whether any such pregnancy was carried to term. The complaint also says Lockwood claimed that the couple "no longer wanted to use Lisa Marie’s eggs because they did not want 'eggs with heroin' on them." (Lisa Marie publicly discussed her addiction to opioids prior to her death in 2023.)

Lockwood allegedly claimed that Travolta and Preston "orchestrated a deal" in which Lisa Marie's then-20-year-old daughter, Riley Keough, "gave her eggs to Travolta, so that Kelly could give birth to their son, Ben Travolta," who was born in 2010.

"This amended complaint is about revealing the truth, correcting the record, and providing evidence of the work that was done in good faith to bring peace, resolution, and stability to the Presley family, despite being exposed to constant volatility," Kruse and Fialko's lawyer Jordan Matthews said in a statement provided to EW. "Ms. Kruse and Mr. Fialko remain confident that the truth will prevail and trust that the courts will not favor one person over another simply because of one party's celebrity status."

Representatives for Travolta, Keough, Lockwood, and Garcia didn't immediately respond to EW's request for comment Wednesday.

Marty Singer, an attorney for Priscilla Presley, responded to the filing in a statement to *Us*. "Brigitte Kruse, Kevin Fialko, and their co-conspirators have demonstrated that there is no bar too low, no ethical line that they are unwilling to cross in an effort to cause further pain to Priscilla Presley and her family," he said. "In a completely improper effort to exert undue pressure on Presley to retract her legitimate, truthful claims, Kruse and her co-conspirators have also sued Presley's son, cousin, and assistant."

Singer added, "These recent outrageous allegations have absolutely nothing to do with the claims in this case. The conduct of Kruse, Fialko and their new lawyers (they are on their fourth set of attorneys) is shameful, and it absolutely will be addressed in court."

Kruse and Fialko's lawsuit also alleges that Lockwood claimed that Keough was rewarded with a payment between $10,000 and $20,000, as well as "an old Jaguar."

The complaint further claims that after Lisa Marie Presley's death in 2023, Lockwood wanted to use his knowledge of Ben Travolta's supposed secret parentage to "orchestrate a settlement for him and his daughters," Harper and Finley, whom he welcomed with Lisa Marie in 2008.

Neither Travolta, Keough, or Lockwood is named as a defendant in the lawsuit. Kruse and Fialko included the alleged incident with Lockwood as an example of the duo being used "as both negotiators and mediators" among the Presley family following Lisa Marie's death.

Travolta and Preston had three children together: Jett, who was born in 1992 and died in 2009; Ella, who was born in 2000; and Ben.

Following Jett's untimely death, Lisa Marie Presley wrote a blog post defending Travolta and Preston, describing the couple as her "very good friends" and "the sweetest people in the world," according to a Huffington Post article at the time.

Travolta in turn mourned Lisa Marie Presley upon her death. "Lisa baby girl, I'm so sorry," he wrote on Instagram. "I'll miss you but I know I’ll see you again. My love and heart goes out to Riley, Priscilla, Harper and Finley."
