In a TikTok post shared on April 23, Bobbi Althoff explained that she's pivoting back to recording episodes for her original podcast, The Really Good Podcast, which she previously ended in July 2025
She later announced a second talk series, Not This Again, but Althoff admitted in her recent video that she felt it "just didn't work"
Beyond the changes in her podcasting career, the mom of two, 28, was recently announced as a cast member of the highly anticipated Secret Lives of Mormon Wives spinoff set in Orange County
Bobbi Althoff is reflecting on her podcasting career following the announcement that she's joined the cast of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County.
On Thursday, April 23, the influencer posted a TikTok discussing a number of updates about her life and the projects she's currently working on. In addition to her upcoming reality TV stint, Althoff, 28, hosts several online talk series, including her recently launched collaborative podcast with rapper Sukihana, titled That's BS.
Althoff originally rose to fame interviewing celebrities on The Really Good Podcast, which debuted in April 2023 and ran until she announced its end in July 2025. Later that year, Althoff returned to podcasting with a show called Not This Again, though in her recent TikTok, she explained that she's been recording new episodes for The Really Good Podcast.

"I'm sure you guys are like, 'Why are you saying you're recording episodes of it if you got rid of it?' Because I did get rid of it for a long time, and I tried to start Not This Again, but honestly, Not This Again just didn't work," she said in her vlog.
The mom of two went on to admit that she initially felt "embarrassed" about pivoting back to her original series.
"I thought Not This Again would do better, and it didn't, and that's okay. I think it's obviously, it's a little embarrassing, and it's a blow to my ego, but it is what it is. Like, it f---ing failed, and it didn't go as I thought it would," said Althoff. "I put a lot of money into making it do well, and I gave it my all. It didn't do well, and that's fine."

She characterized The Really Good Podcast as a "low-effort," conversation-based concept, and she said she's already recorded several episodes with guests like Sexy Red, Josh Peck and Juicy J. Still, Althoff maintained that she's not planning anything over-the-top; for example, it'll be set in her own kitchen.
"With The Really Good Podcast, I didn't used to do anything huge. It would just be released. I wouldn't have to put $20,000 behind putting it out with a photo shoot and everything. I would just release it," she said. "At some point, it became this big production, and I wanted to scale it back."
Althoff added, "I do love sitting down and talking to people, so for it to be coming back in a way that I'm excited about, it makes me happy."

Her TikTok post came one day after the Mormon Wives spinoff announced its official cast list, which includes Althoff and other social media stars like Aspyn Ovard and Avery Woods.
Addressing the news of her casting, Althoff admitted that she didn't necessarily ever see herself on the show when she watched the original series set in Utah, "but the opportunity came and presented itself to me, and I'm really excited for it," she said in the video.
